We’re based in Castle Pines, CO, and serve the Denver metro area and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. If you’re not sure you’re in our service area, just ask—we’ll let you know.
Are you licenced and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured so your home and project are always protected.
Do you supply materials, or can I?
Either works. You can provide the materials yourself, or we can handle sourcing them for you. When we supply materials, we use products we trust and stand behind.
who actually does the work?
Most of the time, it’s us—Justin & Mel—and our trusted subcontracting team. Justin is in the field daily, working hands-on and managing our subcontractors to make sure the work meets our standards. Mel runs things behind the scenes—handling branding, scheduling, and client communication—while also running her own coaching business, Melanie Anne.
what if the work is not in your wheelhouse?
We manage it for you—start to finish. If we can’t do the work ourselves, we know exactly who can—and they’re not paid referral partners. They’re trusted friends and seasoned pros we’ve worked with for years, people who show up with the same pride, integrity, and follow-through we expect of ourselves.
We don’t just give you a phone number—we coordinate everything. That means no chasing people down, no juggling schedules, no wondering who’s in your home. We’re involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, making sure everything meets our standards—and yours.
Do you take on small jobs, or just big projects?
We do both. Whether it’s a 20-minute repair or a multi-week renovation, every job gets the same level of care, communication, and craftsmanship.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We work with homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers to handle repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for personal homes, rentals, and listings.
Getting a home ready to sell, a property ready to rent or doing routine upkeep on rental properties is some of our favorite work!
How do I get a quote?
Text or call us at 720-840-2370, or fill out the contact form on our website. Send us a few photos of your project, and in many cases, we can give you a quote without an in-person visit. If an in person visit is required to get a bid we will set up a time to get a walk scheduled and bid delivered.
do you require a deposit?
For larger projects, yes—a deposit secures your spot and covers materials. For smaller jobs, payment is due when the work is complete.
Payment accepted?
We accept checks, venmo and electronic payments.
